As we start the new year, I look forward to what is ahead, and I want to introduce myself to all of you.

My name is Justin Dickinson, and I have been serving as the President of Anthology Senior Living since October 2022. I've worked within the senior living industry for my entire career, and I am thrilled to be at Anthology, leading us into our next chapter.

There is no doubt that this is a tough time for our industry. Coming on the heels of COVID, we have been impacted by inflation, increasing regulatory pressures, and an industry-wide staffing crisis.

I know we've been through a lot, and there will undoubtedly be challenging times ahead, but working with the Anthology team, I am incredibly confident that we will meet 2023 with success. Despite the external factors that impact our daily lives, I find comfort in providing a service that our most vulnerable population needs. The time we spend with our residents providing care and helping them lead their lives is the cornerstone of our business and industry.

My goal is to help guide Anthology to fulfill our inherent promise to our residents, their families, and our staff. We talk a lot about providing our residents with best-in-class hospitality and care, but we only achieve that mission through the help of our amazing team members. 

I am inspired every day by the team at Anthology. Even through the last three years of adversity, when so many senior living companies have struggled, Anthology has remained committed to moving forward.

  • Moving forward with test piloting new technologies to improve the resident experience.
  • Moving forward with new programming for our Memory Care and Clinical platforms.
  • Moving forward with opening new communities in growing markets.
