Jeff Milota
Chief Financial Officer
Jeff serves as Chief Financial Officer at Horning, where he oversees financing strategy and plays a key role in development, acquisitions, asset management, and long-term planning. He works closely with leadership to ensure financial decisions support both the company’s growth and its commitment to creating stable, thriving communities.
Jeff joined Horning in 2002 and has been instrumental in guiding the company’s financial strategy and growth. Prior to joining Horning, he worked at the Reznick Group, focusing on special projects for audit clients. He holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is also involved with the University of Maryland’s Master’s in Real Estate program.
Outside of work, Jeff is a lifelong hockey player and devoted fan of the Washington Capitals. He began playing at the age of five and continued through college at the University of Delaware, an experience that continues to shape his competitive spirit and team-oriented approach.
