Rossnat serves as Director of Compliance at Horning, where she oversees the development and implementation of policies and procedures across residential properties, leads training initiatives, and manages compliance tracking and audits. With more than 20 years of experience in affordable housing, she brings deep expertise and a strong commitment to ensuring communities are supported with care, consistency, and accountability.
Rossnat holds multiple affordable housing certifications, including COSA, TCS, MOR, CMH, and EIV, and is a member of the National Center for Housing Management. She earned her degree in Business Administration from Strayer University. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to uplifting others and supporting communities through thoughtful, people-centered practices.
Outside of work, Rossnat has a deep love for music, writing, and travel, all of which inspire her creativity and broaden her perspective. She is passionate about serving her community and using her experiences to connect with others and make a meaningful impact.
