We offer convenient office hours Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our offices are closed on Sundays so our employees can spend time with their families—something we believe is important for maintaining the friendly, helpful service our customers appreciate. If those hours don’t work for your schedule, simply call our managers and we’ll be happy to schedule an appointment that fits your availability. Our goal is to make renting a storage unit easy and stress-free.

Our rental agreements are month-to-month with a prorated move-in, giving you flexibility without long-term commitments. We also offer a 1-year price guarantee for both new and existing rentals. That means your rental rate will not increase multiple times throughout the year.

We believe in clear and transparent fee pricing. You can view a full listing of all fees on our Occupant Forms and Q&A under “Additional Fees.” If you ever have questions about any charge, our managers are always happy to explain it. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer automatic payments, secure online and mobile app payments. No surcharge on any credit card payment.

We offer packing paper, tape, all sizes of mattress bags and small, medium and large box sizes, as well as short wardrobe boxes. We offer disc locks and 2-pk disc locks keyed alike to save you a trip to the store.
