Regional Maintenance Manager
Hollis serves as Regional Maintenance Manager at Horning, where he leads maintenance operations across his portfolio with a focus on quality, consistency, and long-term asset care. He partners closely with on-site teams to implement effective maintenance practices, manage capital projects, and ensure communities are well-maintained and operating at the highest standards.
Hollis brings a diverse background in facilities and maintenance, with experience ranging from HVAC Service Technician to Chief Engineer at Grady Management. His hands-on expertise and leadership have earned him industry recognition, including PMA’s Engineer of the Year and the Horning President’s Award in 2019. He has previously served as Chair of the PMA Facilities and Maintenance Council and is committed to supporting his teams and continuously improving operations across the portfolio.
Outside of work, Hollis enjoys staying active, watching football, and spending time with family and friends.
