Jamie Weinbaum serves as Chief Executive Officer of Horning, where he leads the company’s strategic vision, operations, and growth initiatives. Building on decades of Horning’s legacy as a trusted housing provider, he is committed to creating communities where residents feel supported and teams are empowered to do their best work.
Jamie brings extensive experience in multifamily and mixed-use investment, development, and asset management. Prior to joining Horning, he served as Executive Vice President at MidCity and COO of Ditto Residential, leading large-scale development projects and strategic growth initiatives. He has also managed complex mixed-use developments with JBG Smith, served as Director of the DC Office of Zoning, and worked in the DC Deputy Mayor’s Office for Planning and Economic Development. He has been active in nonprofit and civic organizations, including leadership roles with the Urban Land Institute and DCBIA.
Jamie holds a JD from the George Washington University School of Law and a BA from Wake Forest University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, staying active through sports, and bringing a team-oriented mindset to both work and life.
